Together, we'll pick the right parts for your budget and your goals. Whether it's your first build, a serious upgrade, or something in between. Once you're ready to move forward, a small deposit locks in your quote and gets your parts on the way. The rest is due once everything's actually in hand.

Consultation Details
We start by hearing out your needs: are you a gamer? A graphic designer? Maybe a work-from-home accountant needing a better office setup? What budget are we working with? This part's free, with no pressure and no obligation.
Once we know what you need, we'll go through specs and hardware options together.
Finally, we wrap up by accepting a deposit, ordering your parts, and setting a tentative date for your guided build. We'll lock in the real date once everything's actually arrived.
Deposit & Commitment
Once we've settled on the right parts for your build, we ask for a 25% deposit* before placing your order. This isn't about locking you in. It's what lets us actually buy your components at wholesale pricing and get them moving.
Your deposit is applied directly to your final total, so it's never an extra cost, just the first part of it.
From there, we keep you posted the whole way: tracking updates and photos as soon as your parts arrive, so you're never left wondering where things stand. Once everything's in hand and checked over, we'll lock in your real build date. No guessing, no surprises.
*Deposit percentage may be higher for orders including final-sale/non-returnable parts.
